Adeline turns 1

It had to happen someday...and in many ways I'm glad it did.  My baby girl turned one.  Time goes so fast and yet part of me can barely remember what life was like without her.  She is lovely in every sense of the word.  She brings me more joy than I could have imagined, with her smiles, cuddles, and laughs.  Happy Birthday my sweet girl.  Mommy loves you.

Your first attempt at cake decorating? Looks to me like you could go into business!

Beautiful pictures! The first birthday is a little bitter sweet - it is sad to see how fast that year went by but it also so exciting to see all the new things they will learn. Enjoy :o)

Wow! I can't believe she's ONE already! Happy birthday Adeline--you're such a sweetie in that blue sweater.
It's been interesting reading about all the fun you've been having, especially with Mom and Dad Nolt there. What a blessing to have them come. How long will they be "in town"?
(Thanks for stopping by my site--you're right about the sheer joy of comments!)

Hey Lynn! I know this comment isn't related to the blog post (Happy Bday Adeline!!!), but I'm posting here anyway! So, my husband is out of town still so i thought what better way to spend the evening than to read many of your past blog posts and see what your "Korea Experience" has been like! I was cracking up about the Korean quirks, many of those same things I've shared in emails and blogs with family back in the states! Also, you and your husband have done MUCH more sitseeing than we have! I'm curious where the Flower Market is in this area... I heard it's 45 min away, is that true? Also, what malls have you been to? Where in the world is the GAP? I have so much to learn still! I keep blaming it on the fact we've been hibernating all winter, but a lot of it also has to do with the fact I'm a "Schedule Freak" and I hate that Caden gets off his schedule every Sun and Tues (with church and PWOC) so I can only get out of the house from 3pm-6 every other day of the week! :) Well, enough rambling in my extrememly long comment! Great job on the blog!

Hi Lynn!
I am not usually a blog comment kind of person, but I had to say what a beautiful picture that is of little Adeline!! Happy first birthday to all of you, as it is a family celebration! First birthdays are so special, and probably one of the most memorable. I really love your blog. It is always so inspiring to me. Thank you. Kathee
