Play Date

Remember those awesome girlfriends of mine that I keep mentioning...well, we all got together for a play date a few weeks ago.  We planned to meet at a playground, but the weather had different plans for us.  Thanks, Jen, for hosting!

Play Group

This is one of the many things I miss about Korea. Adeline and I only started going a few weeks before we left, and even then we were sporatic attenders. However, it was a great diversion for the morning and a great way to connect with some other moms. Adeline LOVED the ball pit.

Play Group

A few of my friends here started meeting weekly for a play group.  We rotate houses, and the hosting mom serves something simple for lunch.  I volunteered to host this week.  I planned to make baked ziti (recipe in the next post) this week for our family, so I just doubled the recipe and made a batch for play group.  Here are some pictures from our very fun afternoon.

Some of the adults sat at our kitchen table, but we moved the coffee table from the living room into the kitchen to make it easier for the kids to eat together and make the mess afterward easier to clean.
