I feel convicted about the thank you note post (I think I thanked you for the scarf, but not in an actual note..) I read that "eat, pray, love" book, too, and felt the same way. I did plow through until the end, but I was pretty disappointed.
I haven't looked at the videos yet, or tried any of the recipes you posted, but I used to subscribe to Taste of Home. They had so many wonderful recipes, I couldn't keep up with them all.
