Technology

I think I want one of these....

Click on the image and take the tour for yourself.  This is ridiculous technology.  It is a GPS, camera, iPod, cell phone, and computer in one.  It senses when you turn it to make things landscape or vertical.  You can rent movies on iTunes.  You can sink it to your computer for your address book, music selections, etc.  It even lets you use the address book from your computer as a phonebook.  You just tap on the name and number, and it dials.  You can store files just like on your PDA or computer....Patrick can store medical resources and web sites.  Does anyone out there have one of these?  Was it life changing?

It looks wonderful but I would probably need to take a course just to use it!

I've had one since the first day they came out. I should get paid for what I am about to say.

It is as awesome as it seems, and then some

It is so easy to use, Sophie can use it, she's 3.

You can blog from it. I'm commenting right now using it.

You will never open a yellow pages again

I carry just my iPhone most of the time. No planner, no iPod, no camera, no list, no direction, just this.

In a pinch, it never hurts to have an episode of your child favorite cartoon along.

There is so much more that can be added to them now, the possibilities are endless.

You will pay a whole lot less now than what I do.

The thing I use the least is the phone.

I don't scrapbook, but I have hundreds of pictures with me at all times. All of my movies that I have made of Sophie,so I feel like I'm not a "loser" because I don't scrapbook.

I could go on and on. I still love it after a year, it has helped me to be much more efficient and organized.

I swear it was made for moms.

I didn't go get the new one, but if somone wanted to buy mine for $100, I might get a new one.

Have I mentioned how easy it is to blog and check blogs on an iPhone?

The only thing it doesn't do is improve my grammer and spelling

I so want one too! Especially now that we have two macbooks in our house. Everyone I know who has one LOVES it. I haven't heard anything negative about it. If you get one, I will be jealous but in a good way :o)

i TOTALLY want one.

it is on my list for when school is done for Josh.

and it would be helpful if my work email sync-ed to it, which at this point isn't compatible.

but i really really want one. i think having google maps at my fingertips would be one of the best parts.

I was watching the presentation on the website (and was interupted (sp?) by a fire alarm), but it's looks very cool!

I'll buy one for you if you buy one for me! (only half kidding here)

I KNOW I want one of these. Too bad that the rate plans here in the UK are even more expensive that in the US.

I'm not technically savvy enough to operate such a sophisticated piece of equipment. LOL I'll admire it from afar. :)PS. I don't even have an Ipod! *hangs head*

Oh, my husband is a BIG Apple fan & would LOVE one. It's not the buying that causes him to pause..it's the monthly service fee that has stopped him dead in his tracks. But, I hear nothing but AMAZING things about them!!

My Texas kids both have them. They love them and wouldn't be without them. They will provide wedding music on Saturday. They are really cool.

Me too!

Well, actually I have one, but it doesn't have phone service. It was given to me and I haven't made the decision whether or not to pay for the plan.

BUT I love the calendar and apps! Not to mention internet anywhere there is free wifi
