Soon after Patrick returned from Korea, we went with my dad to experience a BBQ cook off. You think you've had good BBQ, but you haven't. This is crazy good! I had pork, and beef, and chicken, and ice cream (oh, wait, that wasn't BBQ'd).....
Mom, too bad you weren't feeling well because this was SO yummy! Maybe next year...

Looks like fun! (and you didn't have to cook either!)
Oh no. My step-family does the best BBQ ever. Hands down. They literally have three 10 gallon barrels welded together to smoke ribs all day in. OK, so maybe I'm a bit biased, but Iowa ribs out of the smoker are my favorite!
you go girl...start that little sweetie off right on the best food to eat first!!! ;o) love me a good bbq ribs.
There's an annual RibFest that's held in So. Dak. We try to go every year because OMGoodness it's good stuff.
Okay you gotta' share the details with me--this is an annual thing?

What fun! I love that picture of Adeline and your dad. Just adorable.
Anna lives in N.C. - the land of the supposed best BBQ around. I have never had it, so I'm gonna ask her to take me somewhere to get some when I'm there next weekend.
Love and miss you! Maybe, just maybe, I'm gonna see you at Thanksgiving? A little bird told me that we might have a little reunion? How fun would that be! :)
Yum. I am a bbq lover!!! And don't get me started on ice cream.
*drool* I looooove BBQ. We're pretty close to the NC border so there are a ton of Carolina BBQ places around here...I'm open to tasting any type of BBQ though. ;P
Oh I love me some good bbq. I was salivating just thinking about your day!
